On Monday, Nov. 18, George Kalogridis, president of Walt Disney World Resort, will share leadership strategies and keys to his success at IAAPA’s Lunch and Learn event, taking place at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, as part of IAAPA Attractions Expo 2013. The Expo, owned and produced by the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), is the attractions industry’s premier conference and trade show and offers a full week of educational, networking, and business opportunities to more than 26,000 industry professionals from more than 100 countries around the world.

Kalogridis will explain how Walt Disney World Resort pushes the boundaries of creativity and innovation to deliver the best possible experience for guests. A brief question and answer session will follow the presentation.

Kalogridis is a 41-year veteran of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts and has held several titles within the company. Before being named president of Walt Disney World Resort in January 2013, he held positions as president of Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California and chief operating officer for Disneyland Paris.

“George’s enthusiasm for work and focus on the guest experience is infectious,” said IAAPA President and CEO Paul Noland. “His presentation is sure to provide Lunch and Learn attendees with invaluable lessons they can use to enhance their attractions and drive their business.”
